We have Three levels of delivery.

Level 1: For smaller items we send your item via
USPS Priority Mail

Level 2: For larger items or orders over $50.00 we use wither USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground

Level 3: All Retail Orders over $129.98 are now shipped FREE of Charge!

Shipping Schedule

If we are unable to ship your order within 72 hours of receiving it, we will e-mail you with the bad news. We will update you by email when we think we can help get the item(s) to you If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Sales Tax Charges

For orders made from NY 8% sales tax is added.

Returns Policy

All sales are final unless we send you a defective or incorrect product. For anything outside of the normal you can contact us and we will always do our best to take care of any issue that you may have.

In the case you have received defective or incorrect merchandise we will only accept packages that arrive with a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on them. You may request a RA number by emailing us at 315skate@live.com. Please include your order number from your invoice for faster processing and the reason for your return. If returning items to us,we advise that you send them USPS Priority Mail or Via UPS, and obtain a receipt from the Post Office.

Skate Decks and Hardware
• All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition
• No deck is completely guaranteed
• Once a deck has been assembled, it or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
• 315 Skate Shop does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks
• All deck returns are dealt with the manufacturer and are subject to their discretion
• When you crack or snap your board, you most likely had your foot or feet in the wrong spot when landing tricks and grabs. Unfortunately, if this happens, 315 Skate Shop will not replace your broken board or a board with pressure cracks.

Clothing
• All items must be unused and include the original packaging
• Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
• If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
• Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

Why might products and prices vary from catalogue to website?
We try and keep pricing consistent across the stores, Web site and in the shop. However, occasionally you may find a different price - this may be due to a special offer that is specific to either Internet, or store. We aim to keep these instances to a minimum.

Why does the item that I received look different to the one I saw on the Web site?

We aim to show as true a representation of our products as possible, but due to the printing process and the output of PC monitors we cannot guarantee an exact color match. Many softgoods also come in a variety of color flow, we cannot guarantee the color combinations..
